The BedMart Outlet

Top notch service! Dave Bedritis was super friendly and helpful. Looking for a new mattress can be a daunting experience but after assessing our needs, Dave was able to point us to a several options that worked for us. His assistance made choosing the right mattress easy. Best of all, we got an amazing deal on our top choice! Friendly staff, knowledgeable expertise, and great prices - we couldn't have asked for a better experience!

Firstly, in case anyone is wondering yes this is a real outlet store with some of the merchandise being sold as-is or on final markdown. Secondly, David is a real person who doesn’t give off over zealous salesman vibes, and despite a suspicious amount of positive reviews- he is a lovely and patient human. So I will confirm their validity. Also, shout out to Hector, his boss, for making my mattress dreams and budget come through. The experience was far shorter than expected and relatively painless. They deliver 7 days a week and ours was scheduled soon post purchase. And finally, our delivery and set up went well without much fuss. This place was solid and clean. Wouldn’t be surprised if we go back for other pieces because they have furniture as well- which is saying something because we live in Gresham and this location is in Beaverton.

After a decent experience initially a few days ago, we have found their policies to be misleading. Really unfortunate. Mattress Firm on Cedar Hills has an actual return policy- try there first! Not only does Bed Mart *not offer returns* on mattresses whatsoever (even on items purchased 10 days ago), but if you exchange for something less expensive they only give you store credit as the difference, and you have a limited amount of time to spend it. Absolutely ridiculous. Their wording and sales tactics are misleading, and not once was is stated they only offered in-store credit. We were assured over and over again we had 365 day comfort guarantee. Don’t fall for it. Much better policies elsewhere, even online at this point. No wonder people aren’t shopping locally anymore.

Such a wide variety of mattresses to choose from and David was extremely helpful in helping me pick out the right fit for me personally. He is very knowledgeable and professional. I appreciate his support and assistance. I highly recommend Bedmart Outlet for anyone who is seeking a new mattress.
