I had such a great experience at Mattress Firm. Joe did a great job at, not only, finding me the right mattress, but he also found me a great deal on the mattress and box spring. So far I am really enjoying my new bed!
View on GoogleI visited the store to purchase a second mattress and had another great experience. Joe was very friendly, knowledgeable, and helped me find the perfect mattress for my needs. Thank you for the excellent customer service. Highly recommend!
View on GoogleIn reality it's more like 4 1/2 stars, first time mattress shopping and overall pleasant experience. I personally could have used just a little more space/privacy after being shown mattresses and the sales pitch to converse with my partner about what we liked/wanted out the new mattress. But otherwise Mike was really great and considerate of our time!
View on GoogleThe salesman that helped me, Don H. Was amazing to work with, He found the bed I was looking for at another store (Beaverton) and went out of his way to handle the transaction for me. He was super responsive, kind and very knowledgeable- exceptional customer service!
View on GoogleWe had a great experience at Mattress Firm thanks to our sales representative, Joe, who was friendly, knowledgeable, and never pushy from the moment we walked in. We’ve been long-time customers, and he made this visit just as amazing as our previous ones by taking the time to understand what we needed and guiding us through options that fit both our comfort preferences and budget. He explained everything clearly, answered all our questions with patience, and gave us space to try out mattresses without any pressure. Since our mattress was on back order, he even provided a loaner mattress, which we really appreciated. His professionalism and genuine approach made the whole process easy and enjoyable, and we highly recommend asking for Joe if you visit!
