Mattress World Northwest Washington Square

James was great and so knowledgeable. He helped me and my husband find our perfect mattress. The customer service was outstanding. We will definitely recommend this location to our friends and family. Thanks James!

Thai Tang did a wonderful job guiding my partner and I to the right mattress for us and for our price point! There’s a good variety of options available and he helped us narrow down our options based on our needs.

I've been burned by mattress salesmen before. We all have. I want to call out James at this store for being patient with my wife (dog) and I while we took hours to shop. While it's out of character for me to review mattress stores, I want to give James some praise for being fair and straightforward. Buying a mattress is always difficult, but he made it much less so.

Went in to just get an idea of which mattress I wanted to go with, but had the pleasure of being helped by Adam and ending up purchasing the bed today! Buying a bed is a big investment and overwhelming, but he made the process extremely easy and pain free! Highly recommend stopping by this location if you’re looking for efficient non pushy help finding the right bed for you Came to update this review. Everyone warned me that you have to break in a new mattress and I’d probably hate it to begin with and it’ll be better after 30 days. But it was perfect from night one. And if it gets better over the next month, even better!! But I’m extremely happy with my purchase!

Thai has been so helpful with our mattress purchase. Not only being patient with us while we made our decision but making sure we got the best deal and quick, painless service. Thanks Thai!
