Mattress Firm Cedar Hills Crossing

Great experience buying this new mattress from start to finish. Who knew buying a mattress could be so pleasant? Allan very quickly helped to find best mattress for hip issues, more restful, & better breathing. Set up delivery for the next day. Delivery was excellent. Fast set up. On time. Cleaned up packaging & made sure everything worked properly. Very professional all the way around. Thank you for the positive experience & better sleep.

Taylor did an outstanding job. He made the entire experience pleasant, professional, and low pressure from start to finish. He listened carefully, asked thoughtful questions, and guided us toward the right options without ever pushing. He was extremely knowledgeable and answered all of my many questions calmly and completely. I left feeling informed, confident, and genuinely well served. If every major purchase experience were handled this way, life would be easier. Highly recommend working with Taylor.

Taylor was super helpful and made the whole process super smooth (and didn't try to upsell too much). Great store, would recommend if you're in the market for a new mattress. But I'm mostly leaving this because their DM promised to buy them lunch if they get to 600 reviews and want to make sure she keeps up her end of the bargain ;)

Taylor was extremely helpful. He understood our budget and concerns, and was very well informed about everything. We had so many questions and he answered them all patiently. I feel he went above and beyond when it came to helping us decide which mattress to buy, which box spring, and which pillows. Hopefully we don’t have to buy a mattress again soon, but we would definitely go back to Taylor if we do.

I did a ton of research before going to Mattress Firm so I already knew what I wanted. I prefer to do business in person when possible, face to face leaves no doubt regarding my purchase. Taylor was a pleasure to work with, he did try to upsale me On the adjustable base which I declined as I already knew what I wanted but he was graceful and didn’t push me which I greatly appreciated! He was able to secure a few discounts for my purchase thus keeping me within the budget I went in with. We all don’t buy beds often and it can be a stressful experience depending on the salesperson. Taylor made this a no stress purchase for me! Thanks Taylor for your help!
