Just wanted to take the time to share my feedback. Brooke at the Cleveland furniture company genuinely goes above and beyond to make sure you're getting exactly what you want! Extremely knowledgeable of the products they carry (I asked a million questions) The questions she didn't know, she went to her team and got the answers. Extremely good experience with this company All the way down to the delivery personnel. I look forward to doing business again in the future. Thank you
View on GooglePicked our item up from warehouse so I don’t know about delivery service. Our chair was packed great. Chair was perfect shape. They had the best price for same chair. We had Brooke as our sales person. She was fantastic. We had a problem with getting our number for our 5 year guarantee. It was like pulling teeth and very frustrating. We finally received it. I would go there again but am Leary if you had a problem if it would get taken care of.
View on GoogleTerrible overall experience. My wife and I ordered a couch in November 2025. We’re were given 8-10 weeks for delivery expectations. Once 10 weeks came and passed, I called into the store for an update. (Week of Jan 19, 2026) “Order not ready, should be ready by February” Called back at week 13 “Order not ready, delayed til March. We don’t know where it is and can’t ask anybody. We will call back tomorrow after our meeting.” No callback received. I called them again- Offered a 7% discount if it ever shows up Called back week 18 “We don’t know anything about where it’s at. We know it’s been made already, so if you cancel you’ll be charged a restocking fee.” I called back the next day requesting a delivery date by the end of week and a 20% discount, or a cancellation with no restock. They had no information still at the end of the week. Canceled on March 28. They called my wife on 4/16 stating they found it. I called asking for discounts. They can’t discount because prices have increased since we originally purchased it in November, and we can’t offer you free delivery. Unfortunately my wife decided we want this couch more than shopping again with 2 babies, otherwise I would have never given them money again. Delivery is supposed to be scheduled by next weekend. I’m not confident, and it’s probably the wrong couch. I will never recommend this company to anybody. I’ve already made numerous people aware of our experience with this store. Failures on all ends and no care for customer satisfaction.
View on GoogleI couldn't make it into store so Brooke assisted me by phone and text sending me pictures and explaining details until I found the perfect chair. She was kind and knowledgeable. I would recommend her to everyone.
View on GooglePoor customer service!! Our new chair arrived with the springs sticking out 6-8 inches from the center of the chair. After many phone calls and no return calls, the only solution was to pay $300 to have their truck come pick up the chair or pay for a technician $100 plus $50 per hour to come to the house and fix it. Why would I pay more for a product that was broken to begin with? They did provide the option to bring the chair back myself but that's not a simple task. Cleveland Furniture has taken no responsibility and provided minimal effort to resolve the issue.
