I had the most wonderful experience, actually my first experience with Mattress Hub outlet.I wish I would have discovered this company a long time ago. I called from Oklahoma and talk to Nick at the store in Wichita, he was very professional and he bent over backwards to assist me with purchasing my nectar mattress. His logistical prowess was remarkable, I’ve never seen Nick in person, however he treated me as if we had a long standing relationship. Fantastic work sir!!!!

I am very unhappy with my mattress. It is breaking down and you feel like you are going to roll out of bed. I went to Mattress Hub and they said to contact the manufacturer so I did and from what they said, my warranty isn't worth the paper it is written on, She gave me a ridiculous answer. About 6 months ago my back and hips started hurting bad so went to chiropractor because of paid and it is getting worse. We recently went on vacation and the beds I slept on in motels were more comfortable and my back didn't hurt the next day. I have had several people lay on my bed and they say the same thing something is wrong. It would be nice if Mattress Hub or the manufacturer would take care of this. The bed is only 13 months old and we spent almost $3,000. Shaun our sales person is a good friend so hope he reads this. A Very Dissatisfied Customer Randall Morell

Alex Currie was an awesome salesman and helped me find the perfect mattress. I purchased a Quilbed mattress and slept better than I have in 30 years. No aches and pains when I get up in the morning. I highly recommend going and seeing Alex if you need a new mattress! 100% satisfied!

Brett Lund in the Hutchinson store was the best salesman. Knowledgeable, kind, and got us exactly what we wanted. And within 2 days, Steve and Gage were awesome when preforming our free delivery! The Mattress Hub is the best place to buy a bed. They ROCK!!!!

My experience has been poor. Purchase a mattress with the understanding the it has a 100 day exchange if you are not happy. What they don't tell at the is that if you exchange for lesser value mattress you don't get the difference refunded. This buried in back pages. Aslo since we bought a electronic base for up and down positioning as a match set you can't return the base, this buried in the back page. Not very forth right when explaining this stuff. Will never go back to Mattress Hub nor will I recommend them to anyone.
