The Mattress Hub Wichita (Northwest)

Ginny was fabulous to work with! No pressure at all. She asked us questions to find a good fit for us. She then showed us several different types of mattresses that helped us understand the differences and pros and cons of each one. She gave my husband and I time to try out each mattress and discuss. She helped make sure we were fully informed and understood pricing, warranty, delivery, payment options, etc. Overall such a great experience! This was our first time purchasing a mattress and we will definitely be back to The Mattress Hub to get mattresses for our kids!

We had a fantastic experience purchasing a mattress at The Mattress Hub. Ginny was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and helpful throughout the entire process. She took the time to understand what we were looking for, explained the different options without any pressure, and helped us find the perfect mattress for our needs and budget. The customer service was outstanding from start to finish, and the overall experience was smooth and enjoyable. If you’re looking for a new mattress, I highly recommend asking for Ginny at The Mattress Hub!

Ginny is very knowledgeable and accommodating, and patient as we took hours to make a decision. She gave us information without pressure. She listened to our needs and parameters, and ultimately got us a great deal on what we wanted! The store is comfortable and cool during the hot summer. Ginny really took good care of us! Can't wait to use the new Tempur-pedic!

Ginny was amazing. Went above and beyond with explanation of not only the adjustable bed frames, but the mattresses as well. When we explained our families situation, she was very considerate and helpful! She made the experience easy and simple for us. Loved every moment of this trip.

DJ was an absolute pleasure to work with! He was incredibly knowledgeable about all the different mattress options, materials, and what would best suit my needs and budget.
