My husband and I recently purchased a mattress, adjustable bed frame, and mattress cover from this store, and the entire experience was outstanding. From the moment we walked in, we never felt rushed or pressured. The owner was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to really understand our specific needs and preferences.
He walked us through multiple options, explained the differences between each mattress, and helped us find the perfect fit. It was clear that he genuinely cared about making sure we were comfortable and confident in our decision… believe me when I say I felt feeling much better about my choice to get a new mattress. It’s such a big purchase that I did not take lightly!
On top of the exceptional customer service, the prices were better than anywhere else we found locally—and trust me, we did our research! We are so thankful for such a positive buying experience and couldn’t be happier with our purchase. We will absolutely be recommending this store to anyone looking for a new mattress.

The Mattress Place is exactly what I was looking for; not just in a bed store, but how any store should operate. When Mr. Doug took my initial phone call and gave me very straightforward, non-sales advice about what he would do in the most cost-effective way, I knew I wanted to come back and do business. Even when I decided to come into the store, Mr. Doug was still researching options to help make sure I had exactly what I needed in the most budget-friendly manner. This place truly values people and making sure that they care for you as they would their own family. I absolutely recommend and will definitely be back.

GAH! What can I say except... we love it here! Steve & Tom are GREAT! We trust them. This is our second mattress with them and we drive out of our way to do business with them. Their store is about 40 minutes from us and there are plenty of mattress stores we pass on our way to them.
They're friendly and not pushy at all. Also, we never felt like we were being sold to. After all, I was in there because my back was hurting with my current mattress. So, it was pretty obvious we would buy:)
Tom was great! Made recommendations after asking about my current mattress and back condition. We wound up with a firmer mattress than we'd had. It was delivered within days (even with the Thanksgiving holiday thrown in) and last night was our first night's sleep on it. The dogs didn't want to get out of it this morning! Probably because of that cooling gel.

I just got back from my purchasing my second mattress from Tom at The Mattress Place and, frankly, I am all around impressed. Tom and his store are both truly top-tier and I don’t plan to shop anywhere else for a mattress as long as these guys are still in business. No sleazy salesmen here; just a former US Marine (thank you for your service, Tom) running an honest business that he is extremely knowledgeable and passionate about. It shows.
We were in the store for well over an hour as Tom showed us different makes and different models to find the exact one that fit us best. When we finally landed on one, my wife, who is experiencing intense back pain due to an injury from years back, was allowed to lay on the bed for over 30 minutes while Tom and I talked about everything from mattress companies to life experiences. Not once did Tom push us to make the sale, nor did he show us only the mattresses he profits most off of.
The mattresses in the store itself are all brand new and first quality. No factory seconds or damaged merchandise here. The store is immaculate and well organized.
I know for a fact I could not have had a better experience, nor gotten a better deal, at any mattress store in our great State.
Finally, if you are worried about the logistics of getting your mattress home after buying from a smaller store, worry no more; Tom has a courier that will deliver and haul away your old mattress for $60, or he will tie it to the top of your SUV for you with twine in an extremely secure and paint-safe fashion.
You’ve earned a customer for life, Tom. Thank you for doing what you do.

They came through with a really nice mattress on the day of when our other company couldn’t deliver on the promised date. 10/10 would recommend!!
