For years, I’ve dealt with back pain every night that kept me from a full night’s sleep. We bought a Purple mattress several years ago with high hopes, but back pain still drove me from my bed well before I was ready to be awake. Late last year we went to The Original Mattress Factory in Chillicothe and tried out some beds. Linnea was extremely helpful, and after listening to our needs she pointed us to a mattress that we ended up buying. Since then, I have slept better than I have in literal decades. I haven’t had to get up because of pain even once. The only problem I have now is that I’m so comfy that I often don’t want to leave my bed! I would absolutely recommend this store to anyone who requires sleep.

View on GoogleOrdered a mattress and bed frame from here with the help of Linnea and she was amazing. Not once did she pressure us, or make us feel uncomfortable. She was extremely helpful and welcoming, and she made you feel as if you were old friends. Although we had a not so pleasant experience with the Cleveland store delivering the wrong bed frame and being apprehensive about fixing the issue, Linnea made sure to go as far as calling me back a couple days later to make sure that our problem was solved AND sent a letter out to us. Thank you Linnea for all your help and making our experience positive.
View on Googleif you're thinking about buying a mattress from here- just don't, recommend shopping elsewhere. 1200 on a mattress that you can feel springs (coils?) after 14 months, (weighing 110 lbs) sure you can "return" by paying 300+ more, but why gamble & spend yet even more for mediocrity? I wake up every day aching, wishing I hadn't bought this awful mattress/box spring. never again & I warn everyone who even mentions buying a new bed to NOT GO HERE!!! lesson learned 😭
View on GoogleI absolutely love the new Orthos Ultra Plush and Orthos Ultra Pillow Top mattresses they have on the showroom floors now. So comfortable and a beautiful softer fabric to the touch I thought. 👍
