Greg Thorne was very helpful as soon as we walked into the door he was ready to help us. He explained how the mattress were made and took us into the factory to let us see how the mattress was put together. He showed us the different springs and the one that will work for us. We also had the opportunity to lay on two beds to see how the mattress feels to us He understood what we wanted and we got the perfect mattress that we needed so we can be comfortable. We decide to go with the Oasis mattress it was very comfortable and the price is what we were looking for. So thank you very much Greg you're absolutely a great salesman and we're looking forward to doing business with you again
View on GoogleJustin Jordan was a great sales representative. We have been furnishing a new apartment and been to many furniture galleries, and this was my favorite sales-floor experience by far. We easily found a mattress that fit our needs within our price range. Mattress was delivered, and the delivery workers were very kind and courteous — even putting the mattress bag on our old mattress for us so they could take it away. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a great quality mattress that is made locally at a reasonable price.

After finding a mattress I liked, we were in and out in less that 10 mins with our purchase and have slept almost a little too well since.

Went back a couple of weeks ago to purchase the replacement. Sales process couldn't have gone smoother. Both guys we dealt with were great, very informative and helpful. Fast forward to today for the delivery. Very efficient and quick with the removal of the old and in with the new. Highly recommend The Original Mattress Factory. Outstanding process from end to end.
