I was going to buy s King Coil Mattress Set from Macy's but since I was not going to use my card, I decided to shop around-- I saved almost $400 and found out they (OMF)received an honorable mention in Consumer Reports..my current mattress is O-L-D..so old I my back aches in the am. Will update once I receive my new mattress and boxspring--but I feel confident it's going to be perfect!! Update! I love my new mattress

Very rude and condescending sales people, in all three stores I visited. But I didn't go there for the people, that notwithstanding, the ultra firm mattress l purchased is the best ever!

Great experience. No high pressure to buy. The sales person that I dealt with was very helpful. Was in the day before to check prices and get information about the mattresses and noticed that I had a tire on my car going down and he had a air compressor and topped off the tire for me. Talking about going about and beyond on customer service. His name is Ben Harmon. I strongly recommend this store. Prices are very reasonable.
