Mike at Original Mattress Factory provided truly exceptional customer service that exceeded my expectations. From the moment I walked in, he was knowledgeable, patient, and extremely helpful in guiding me through the options without any pressure. The mattress was delivered exactly as promised with no issues at all, and for the first time in a long while, I’m finally getting a great night’s sleep. Even better, I ended up spending less than I expected, which was a pleasant surprise. Mike is clearly the perfect person for this job; he knows the products inside and out and genuinely wants customers to be happy with their purchase. If you are shopping for a mattress, I highly recommend working with Mike. You won’t be disappointed.
View on GoogleWe had heard good things about this mattress from 2 of our friends and was impressed by the sales lady at Cary N.C . I researched and looked at Elm City furniture and at a mattress store here in Wilson ,both had a 2 sided mattress , with free delivery and set up plus removing our old mattress. Plus the set of both of these mattresses were either about the same or less,.But since our experience with original factory mattress was great and our friends reviews we decided to purchase from Original Mattress Factory . My husband went to pick up our mattress in Cary after finding out delivery was going to be 105 dollars instead of 50 dollars since we were not local . He looked all the mattress before him and the lady loaded it except for the end that was on the floor. When he got it home and we took the plastic off there was a tear on the end, I called immediately . We took a picture and got a return call from a manager . The Solution : was 1.for us to bring it back and they would sew the border. 2. They would send someone to pick it , get it fixed and bring it back to us when it was fixed but we would have to pay the delivery fee both ways. 3. Keep it as is and it would not affect the warranty and if it tears more then go back to option 1 or 2. We were exhausted after moving mattress set off bed, driving loading and unloading so my husband decided on #3 . My excitement regarding our new mattress had turned to disappointment . I must say sleeping on it for 2 nights , I don't have the pain that I had on our old mattress
View on GoogleI am buying my second set of mattresses from the OriginalMattressFactory! My first set was the best and most comfortable mattresses that I have ever slept on. This is how much I was satisfied with my first set. The associates are friendly and knowledgeable! They take time to help you pick the correct mattress so you will sleep well. This is a plus! You should check out the mattresses and decide for yourself! You will be glad you did!
View on GoogleThank GOD we found this store! We were a bit skeptical at first before we went but after seeing the positive reviews we finally went there and we are glad that we did. The sales associate (forgot the name) was very helpful and he explained everything and answered every one of our questions. We were looking for a king size firm mattress and all other places, they were charging over $2400. But here we got the mattress we desired and with their excellent box spring option in around $1500. The delivery was quick and professional. And when the mattress came and we laid on it, the first impression was “wow”! The quality is so good! We fell asleep like a child. The mattress has 12 years worth of warranty, but yeah no return policy is kind of a bit set back but if you like it already like we do, you don’t need to even think to return it. Overall we are very satisfied about quality and the service and we definitely will recommend this store to others. Keep up the good work!
