From the moment we entered the store to the delivery and set-up of our beds everything was great! At the store, Jim was very personable and knowledgeable. He took his time and made sure we found just the beds we were looking for. The two that delivered and set up the beds were on time, friendly and efficient. View on GoogleWhen I inquired about what flame retardant measures were used, Jim was very helpful and had the company e-mail me the details. I was very pleased that their mattresses do not contain the usual toxic load of chemicals. They were very courteous, understanding and helpful. My autistic son loves his new mattress, and we have the peace of mind of knowing he is not going to be made ill by sleeping on it. We will be purchasing all our replacement mattresses here. He sleeps much better, and is happy about his bed.

Will def return for our next purchase. (Got a bed + Frame + bed springs, and they delivered and assembled everything perfectly)
View on GoogleThis was our first time purchasing a mattress from OMF and it definitely won't be our last! We walked in just to get an idea of what was available and walked out with a brand new bed. The salesman, David, didn't pressure us at all and after he showed us how their beds are built versus their competitors, he left us alone to do our own thing. He even said we could come back whenever and that we didn't have to buy anything today, but we found the perfect mattress at a great price and couldn't pass it up. They're also local to Columbus, so it feels great being able to support the community we live in.
View on GoogleAbsolutely excellent service. I have had to work with several companies during my move, and OMF was the only company I had zero problems with. The salesman and the delivery guys were helpful and professional. Also, of course the bed is high quality and very comfortable. My best night's sleep in years.
