Bait and Switch!!! We got a mattress that is completely different from the one we picked out. Their warranty is also not very helpful. Their Comfort Policy makes it so that you have to pay 25% of another mattress on top of 100% of your bad mattress to switch them out. Why would I pay 125% just so that I can maybe get the mattress I picked out? We tried calling but they are not much help and do not follow up, seems once you pay the customer service ends ;) Go to Ikea instead lol
View on GoogleOur salesman was great, but this product is not a good value. We purchased a King Mattress and box springs almost 5 years ago. We have turned the mattress yearly and we still have swayed areas where we lie. We are not heavy people. My husband is 190 lbs, and I weigh 110. A mattress should not look like this inside of 5 years. We replaced a 30 year mattress that looked the same way. Very disappointed.

View on GoogleAshley is such a delight to work with she is very very knowledgeable about the mattresses available and was so patient with my mother and I when choosing my daughter’s mattress. Phil was really helpful in helping us to find the perfect frame for our toddler. We unfortunately had to return some of the initial purchased items due to preference but they were both so understanding! We love this place and never feel pushed to purchase. Both of them listened to our needs so well. We will be coming back.
