Only giving this mattress a one star because there’s nothing less than a one star. The sales person told us the bed would break in he sold us a queen mattress for 1500.00 their top of the line..said it’s much more comfortable later to find out that it was not. I’ve slept on cheap motel beds that were much more comfortable than this. We were under the impression that we could return it if we didn’t like it. Now they’re saying it’s going to cost $250 to bring it back to the store 7 days later, plus the difference of a bed that’s more comfortable so after paying $1500 for a bed. We don’t like the comfort of it so it will cost us a minimum of $500 to exchange it for a different bed. That’s their “Comfort policy”. I would not recommend anything from the store. They are great salesman with a horrible product..

I have been coming to Orginal Mattress Factory for the last 6 to 8 years to custome build me a mattress to these decisions. They make a good product and are one of very few place that will build to spec a mattress for you. Will be back in the future.
View on GooglePurchased 1400$ set. Mattress broke down in 6 months. Bought an upgrade replacement bed bringing my ticket up to 2500$ and still in pain every night. Customer service will not answer my calls or emails. They gave me an email address to email but no one will answer. They are leaving me high and dry and in pain. I have a broken box spring I need Inspected and replaced but I can't get a soul to help me. They respond to these reviews with an email for me to use but no one answers the emails or calls. Terrible service

I received my new mattress within a few days of purchase and the delivery guys were friendly and able to answer any questions I had. How great to have a quality/flippable mattress not to mention a great night's sleep again. I will recommend this company to friends and family.
