07/06/2026 I gave a very lackluster review of this business. Initially, I believe they delivered me the wrong mattress. When their warranty manager inspected their delivery at my home, he was very indifferent and rather curt and indifferent! I was very insulted as I felt that what I had sampled in the store was completely different to what was delivered to my home! I must say that after vigorously, complaining, their upper management stepped in and vigorously extended themselves to amicably, resolve the problem! I think they were very courteous and more than reasonable and will be getting an exchange on the mattress free of charge!!! I should be getting my mattress this coming Friday and I’m looking forward to getting this delivery/exchange!!

I visited the Ocoee, Fl store and was greeted by Vic Trivette who did an outstanding job of showing me the different mattress and helping me make the right selection. He was very knowledgeable and provided me the information needed along with excellent customer service. Received delivery of mattress just a few days later. Very pleased with purchase and would highly recommend both Vic and company. Thank you.
