The Sleep Loft - Upper East Side Mattress Showroom

I just want to take a moment to share a really positive experience I had at The Sleep Loft on the Upper East Side. My client is in a wheelchair and needed to try out a new bed. When I first called, I spoke with Kevin, the store manager. He was incredibly helpful and welcoming right from the start. I explained my client’s mobility challenges, and without hesitation, Kevin reassured me that he would have a bed set up at the front of the store so we could easily access and try different options. A week later, I followed up to confirm and true to his word, everything was ready for us. When we arrived, Kevin exceeded expectations. He was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to walk us through the differences between brands like Helix Sleep, Casper, and Brooklyn. We were able to try several mattresses, and he patiently answered every question (and follow-up question) with clarity and care. By the end of the visit, we not only felt well-informed we felt confident and comfortable with our decision. You’re truly in good hands with Kevin. And Kevin thank you for your kindness, professionalism, and for going above and beyond to accommodate us. It made all the difference.

Very personable, knowledgeable and patient. Showed me exactly what I wanted and needed. Then let me look around because I was curious. Billy is a great salesman and great at his job. He made me feel confident about my purchase. I’m happy he was there to put me at ease.

Excellent customer service; a pleasure to work with; have already purchased a second mattress for a family member with equally friendly, cost effective pricing, and efficient processing.

Fazi was excellent! Super knowledgeable and helpful. She worked within our budget to get us a great deal and super comfortable mattress, which we are very happy with and recommend. Will be returning in the future to get a second mattress from SleePare, definitely recommend this company. They have a great selection of premium mattresses that aren’t over priced.

We had the best experience with Kevin. He made us feel so comfortable right away, walked us through each feeling and need before stressing about price. Once we knew what our backs needed, he then helped us narrow around price and quality. We didn’t feel pressured at all - exactly what you’d want from someone selling you something.
