Town & Country Furniture Market

Just before Christmas I special ordered two Flexsteel recliners over the phone from Town & Country Furniture in Black Mountain. They were delivered today and I can't say enough good about the whole process from ordering to delivery. Chip Sobol handled everything and went above and beyond to make sure I was pleased. The price, delivery, furniture quality, and even the leather color (picked out online) was flawless. Nice company with excellent customer service!

A big thank you to Chip for all of his help, took me a while to figure out what I wanted, changed my mind several times. He was always helpful and patient with me, and never pushy, just waited for me to make up my mind. Great prices and delivery for custom furniture only took 4 months...free in home delivery. Love my new Rowe furniture, great quality... My old sofa sectional was Rowe and I had it for over 22 years! My experience was really great, would highly recommend.

Purchased beautiful living room set, dining table and living room tables. Very friendly guy running it. My Flex Steel furniture is great so comfortable and well made. It came in exactly when he told me it would. Very happy with my purchases!

I've been ordering from Chip at Town & Country for many years. Always great customer service and the prices are good. I've recommend them to everyone I know and wouldn't buy from anyone else.

Chip owns a business with the core mission of customer satisfaction. My wife and I chose to buy from his store based on the recommendation from a furniture business in Johnson City. Chip spent a great deal of time with us at his store to be certain we found exactly what we were needing for our family. We ordered the furniture through Chip, he emailed us and called us several times for updates. We highly recommend this furniture store to anyone and will be doing business with them again.
