Their expert knowledge and genuine approach struck the perfect balance between salesmanship and making a real connection. They truly cared about helping me find the best sleep solution rather than just making a sale. The store itself was clean, well-organized, and made it easy to test out different options. From start to finish, the entire process was smooth and enjoyable. If you’re looking for a new mattress, I highly recommend Urner’s—especially with Jobe and Rozanna there to help!

View on GooglePurchased a refrigerator from the Wible store. A dent was on the inside of door, not from installation but from factory. Also missing the correct door tray .Also not put in at the factory. Granted this was not Urner’s fault, however it took this store’s customer service over two months to receive a new tray. Tried to contact the Service Manager and the company Vice President since I couldn’t get any help, never heard a thing. It must be true that Urners is no more than a big box store. They no longer have in house repair people. Plus when I went to pickup new door tray the employees working the front counter we rude as hell. So check other options.

He helped out my brother who has a disability and helped us find the perfect mattress for him. I give him 10 Stars if I could. Very nice friendly. That's one of the reasons why I like shopping at Urners
