Verlo Mattress

Great experience from the showroom to delivery. Salesman gave me a detailed explanation of how the bed is made, the difference between different types of products within the Mattress. I made an informed purchase. The delivery guys were fast, quick efficient friendly. All around excellent. Everything aside - great night sleep

Haven’t bought a mattress in 25 years. (I know - don’t judge). Was overwhelmed at the big mattress stores. Went to Verlo and had a lovely person explain everything, answered all my questions, didn’t try to upsell, and I got a great deal to boot. Cuyler and Anthony were terrific with the delivery. Everything on time done completely and carefully and they were super nice and respectful. The entire experience with Verlo was just as it should be.

Great service. The sales person was knowledgeable, friendly and just overall a great person. He put my mind at ease after purchasing a very expensive mattress from a different store a few years ago and being disappointed by it. This mattress is great! I now can’t wait to try the side sleeper pillow. Definitely give your sales team a raise!

My wife and I had a wonderful experience at verlo. In store, the salesman was very knowledgeable and helped us make sure we were getting the right mattress. He didn't try upselling us at all, rather he listened to our needs and gave us his informed decision (there were two models above what we got he didn't even try to get us to look at). The delivery was very fast and professional, and the guys were really friendly too. Lastly, the price for quality is unmatched. We got everything we were looking for all for significantly less than we thought we'd have to spend

Anthony was on time, professional and very efficient with our mattress delivery!
