So for a couple years, I wanted to go to verlo and order a mattress or go in there and talk to them about one! Well I did that the other day and met Nelda and she helped me with what I was looking for and wanted . she has one of the best personalities in sales that I’ve ran into in a very long time. She has a great personality and she’s been with your company for a very long time. I feel that she is the best around in selling your product and she stands by it and she owns one and she can help you along with what you’re really looking for. She was very helpful and I wanna thank her for her help for the purchase of my new mattress. I can’t wait till it comes this Thursday. you have a phenomenal sales person on your floor in Beaverdam Nelda ! I hope you guys keep taking care of your employees the way you are and have great people working for you and I can’t wait to sleep on this mattress !

Had a great experience with the purchase of our Verlo mattress. Salesperson was very knowledgeable and friendly. Our previous mattress was a Verlo and lasted 29 years. Warranty and Comfort adjustment within the 1st year also great!! Would highly recommend.

I had great experience there. Nelda went above and beyond to help me, she was just plain PHENOMINAL! I bought an adjustable bed there, she answered all my questions. Was to be delivered today, May 6 between Noon and 2pm. They arrived at 12:10, smooth delivery, Justin and Jordon , showed how it worked, etc, again very patient. If I could I would give 10 or more stars! I am one extremely satisfied customer! Thanks to all of you!
