Wallaroo's Furniture and Mattresses

Had a great experience furniture shopping this weekend! I was able to score an awesome deal on a couch right off the showroom floor, which made it even better. Sarah was incredible to work with—super helpful, attentive, and kind the entire time. She was running the store by herself on a busy Sunday morning and still made sure I was taken care of without ever making me feel rushed. Really appreciated the great service and smooth experience. Definitely recommend stopping in and asking for Sarah!

We had such a great experience purchasing our sofa from Sarah at Wallaroos! She was incredibly responsive and helpful, answering all of our questions quickly and thoroughly. What really stood out was how she helped guide us on measurements and made thoughtful suggestions to ensure the sofa would fit perfectly in our space. Her customer service made the whole process smooth and stress-free. We absolutely love our new sofa and would definitely recommend working with her!

I absolutely love my new couch from Wallaroos Sarah was amazing to me and they delivered it for free to Kalispell and Blake was the best ever and set the whole thing up for me and helped me moved my old couch to my garage. I can’t say how helpful and wonderful my experience was.

We bought our new couch from Sara, she was amazing throughout the entire process as we had tons of questions, a unique sizing and lived over an hour away with lots of questions about our purchase. Sara helped in every aspect and guided us through the whole experience with attention and wonderful personality. We could not be happier. Blake. We also had a unique delivery experience and Blake showed up with the tools and the talent to make it happen. Not only did Blake have absolutely amazing talent, he was a super great person as we trudged through the rain and got that beast of a couch into the house with grace. I will say I look forward to buying another piece from Walaroos in the future. I really enjoyed how we were treated throughout our experience. 5 star performance.

I have no issue with the store employees, but am upset with the manufacturing. I bought a couch from Wallaroos years ago and was happy with it so I went back to get a second couch. I bought the same one as before but the quality is massively different. I was supposedly repurchasing “pocketed coil cushions with a high density foam and down overlay” The cushions inside of this couch are just pure foam. The down overlay I previously had was very nice and thick, there’s not even any down in whatever they wrapped this foam block with. I was also extremely disappointed to open the couch back cushions and find loose foam, because when I purchased this couch before the inside was a bagged fill and I could easily remove the inner cushions from the outer cushion cover to wash them. Now I have to figure out how to deal with loose foam when I want to wash my covers, and with pets and children I wash mine often. Additionally, the hardware to link the pieces of the sectional together are not compatible, they are all “hook” pieces on every side. If you tried to put them together one side would sit above the other. The attention to detail is not there anymore. I just want the couch I thought I had bought. Very disappointed.
