Beautiful furniture but they don’t have enough personnel to run the business. I drove from New Orleans to this location Saturday morning paid cash for the item I wanted and wasn’t able to take it home because they didn’t have someone to load it up. So I had to come back Tuesday and it wasn’t ready for pick up plus no one to load it up to my truck. Manager asked if I had someone that would help me load it up. I mean what kind of customer service is this. Now I have to wait a week for my refund. And I couldn’t even get a copy of my refund because their system was down. This has to be a joke. Anyways you guys make y’all’s decision. Hopefully you guys don’t have a horrible experience as I did.

We were able to purchase living room furniture seamlessly. Morgan was very helpful and attentive. If I stayed in the store any longer she would have told me additional furniture I really didn't need. 🤣😂. Great sales person

The sales team is great to work with, but the WARRANTY that is pushed and claims “bumper to bumper” coverage is absolute TRASH. You have to fight every step of way for a defect in the item, and the warranty REFUSED to repair/replace a tear that started to open from the mechanism in the power chair. They claim they will replace it if it’s “accidental” only. Since the manufacture warranty has expired they denied my claim, but the extended warranty is active at the time of damage. This is ridiculous. What a waste of money.

Mr. James was extremely welcoming and friendly. He answered all of the questions we had. Ms. Captola was also very helpful in assisting us seal the deal. The rest of the staff were also friendly and not pushy at all. Thanks again Mr. James and Ms. Captola.

Ordered a sectional March-ish 2025. A few days after the estimated delivery I contacted the company and was told it would be delivered 2-3 months later, but that I was not eligible for a refund. Ultimately was sold the floor model. One month after delivery, recliner stops working. A tech came (August 2025) and determined that the motor in that seat went out. NEVER heard anything back. I have called several times and am given the run around. Calls are transferred, no one answers, returns calls, or returns messages. Currently on hold as I type this. Worst experience ever. **Update: Six days later and still no call from the warranty team. In fact, no call from them since the claim was filed. However, Merry Christmas.
