There is plenty of inventory to see in this very large showroom! I was extremely pleased with the customer service. Corey was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, which made for a comfortable purchasing experience. When you're spending larger amounts of money on items in this economy, you want to be confident that the product you're buying is quality-made. Corey's years of experience made it so easy to choose! I WILL be back!
View on GoogleFirst time shopping at Direct furniture. My experience was sooo good. We went in on a Tuesday & shopped. Corey helped us. And he was so nice & helpful. He made both of us comfortable with looking at furniture. We did not feel rushed. He let us looked & checked on us frequently. We thought about it & my husband was set on going back the Sunday because he had such a good experience with Corey. We went back today & bought everything we needed & wanted. I would go back & shop there because Corey made our experience awesome. It was actually to easy.
View on GoogleWe purchased our Tempur pedic mattress set from Corey here and had a great experience. He is very knowledgeable and has a great demeanor dealing with customers. He was able to guide us to the perfect set and the purchase was seamless!
View on GoogleWhile they have beautiful furniture, do NOT buy their warranty. They will LIE and tell you it covers everything when it doesn't. They sell you hard on the warranty only to find out it's impossible to have the warranty cover anything. Very unethical business practice.
View on GoogleWe went all over Lafayette & Lake Charles. Hands down the best showroom in both cities. Quality classy furniture and designs with great prices. Brandi Lyles took great care of us and made sure we got everything we wanted. Very easy to work with and knowledgeable. We will be back and asking for her again soon! Oh, I almost forgot one of the most surprising aspects was we didn’t have to wait months for a delivery date. Ours will be delivered just 5 days after our order which is unheard of most of the time! Excited to see this piece in our home.
