Gina at Ashley was absolutely amazing to work with! From the moment we walked in, she was attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely focused on helping us find the perfect sofas for our space. She took the time to understand our style, comfort preferences, and budget, and guided us through options without ever making us feel pressured. Gina’s eye for detail and honest feedback made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. She answered all of our questions, explained the differences between materials and configurations, and made sure we felt confident in our final decision. New bedroom set ...NO IDEA what I wanted in bedroom set, figured I'd look around see what they got. Phillip walked me around the building, everything is segmented to Modern, Traditional , and such. He exactly pointed me , once getting my idea of my house&bedroom to what I thought was it. Walking around more... I eyed another. Poor guy got price together but looking across the store I eyed and found it. Phil took at least 3H with me going over pricing, value, and also pointing out the negatives of the furniture which was nice that he wasn't Sell.Sell.Sell. My decision made. He thought a cheaper mattress but I went for the pricier....So comfortable had to have. He and the manager discounted the price today to the extreme. NOT PUSHY. And always considering Budget. I would go to Ashley again for my next furniture buy!

Burt was a pleasure to work with as soon as he greeted us at the door . Met your store manager Lisa was a delight. We are repeat customers and enjoy the way you take care of your customers. Also not pictured are 4 dining chairs and two lamps and a blanket. Kudos to all today for your expertise and making it a pleasure to shop there.

Burt served as the salesperson on my purchase and was both knowledgeable and courteous throughout the process. He was a good listener and had full command of the products and alternatives. Burt was also well versed with the Ashley computer system (inventory, delivery, pricing) and made the transaction flow smoothly. The warehouse assistant, Matt, was also required and provided positive input toward my specific circumstances. Finally, the store manager, Lisa, was also involved and added value to my specific requirements. The store was well organized and my shopping experience was a positive one. The salespeople at Ashley's were attentive and helpful. I was show several options for a 2 piece sectional with chaise. I selected the one the salesman suggested, so glad we did. We ordered the cabalynn dining table, 8 chairs, 3 counter stools, the server, coffee table and end tables. We also got a 2 piece sofa and love seat. Excellent pieces, great prices and everything put together in our home. Why shop anywhere else?
