American Freight Furniture & Mattress

Erica’s customer service was awesome from the second we walked in the door. She was very helpful with helping us decide on a living room set. She was very informative and patient with us as we looked at many different options. She also did a great job explaining the payment options. We had a great shopping experience today and will recommend her to our friends and family!

Bought a beautiful loveseat with throw pillows included! When I came to pick it José brought it out to my van and loaded it up. No effort on my part. Even left with a matching coffee table! Great prices and friendly service. I will be back!

I honestly can’t say enough good things about Devon at American Freight Furniture, Mattress, Appliance. He made the entire experience easy, comfortable, and stress-free from start to finish. Unlike a lot of salespeople, he was never pushy — just genuinely knowledgeable, patient, and willing to help. He took the time to listen to exactly what I was looking for, answered every question thoroughly, and helped me find the perfect pieces without making me feel rushed. What stood out the most was how professional and respectful he was throughout the whole process. Great customer service is hard to find these days, and Devon truly went above and beyond. You can tell he genuinely cares about helping people, not just making a sale. Because of him, I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending this location to others. If you go to American Freight in Boardman, ask for Devon — you won’t regret it.

It was a good experience and I would recommend my friends to go there as well. we found what we wanted Salesmen Devon wrote everything up. he was very helpful.
