She answered all of our questions clearly and made sure we felt comfortable with every decision. Thanks to her support, the entire experience was smooth and enjoyable. We truly appreciate her kind, professional, and cooperative behavior. Her managers were also very polite and well-behaved, which made the visit even more pleasant. Super helpful and accommodating. He listened to what I wanted and was very professional and friendly. My furniture came QUICK! The delivery was on time as specified and the guys assembling took care not to get the furniture or my house messy with the snow from outside!!! I love my new sectional!

We were welcomed within less than 5 seconds by Mike, very friendly. He listened to what we were looking for, took the time to walk the front and back of the store a couple of times as we would say maybe he would say that is fine I am here to help you find what you want for your home. Actually what will make your place a home. Very patient very friendly. Then introduced us to Phoenix who was very friendly and helpful. Also met the manager, which was a nice touch. We will definitely shop here again. Whatever the top of your scoring protocol is Mike in Phoenix deserve the best score....

My sister, her boyfriend, and I came in today and was helped by Rod Stiles. He was extremely helpful and couldn’t have help us more. He was professional and personable, explained the different couches. He showed us everything and made the purchase so easy. The other staff made sure we were comfortable and made the experience so enjoyable. If you need furniture, definitely go in a visit!!
