The person who helped us was Kayla, and we couldn't have asked for a better person. She was super helpful, friendly, and always had a great attitude, even though she was alone on a Saturday with customers to attend to, selling our sofa and loading it onto the truck.

I was shopping in Gastonia today. There were two employees, including one lady, and they ignored us completely. They didn’t say hello or ask if we needed help. I was trying to buy a sofa and a bedroom set, but no one assisted me. What bothered me the most was that when two white customers came in, the staff immediately greeted them and followed them around to help. Because of this treatment, I decided to leave and go to another store, where I bought what I needed. I am now wondering if this is the reason why the two stores in Charlotte, NC, were closed.

Miranda & Nicole were very helpful when we purchased our new couch and love seat combination! This store has a large selection of furniture that is reasonably priced as well.

Friendly service, all the furniture was absolutely lovely. We just bought our sectional here. If you need affordable, good quality furniture you need to come here.

The ladies work at the desk was very knowledgeable and helpful. We had several questions and they stayed with us until we were done.
