American Mattress

My husband and I spent a entire week going to various mattresses stores. The first one we went to was American Mattress store in Brownsburg. I told the sales guy that we were looking for a queen somewhat firm mattress and gave him the price range we were wanting to stay in. The salesman was very knowledgeable about the various mattress and suggested one he felt would work for me since I get hot in the bed. He was great at explaining to us how the coolant mattresses work, the warranty on them and the difference in the mattresses. We didn't make our decision that day and left to venture out more mattress stores. After a week of visiting so many other stores we decided to return where we started at. American Mattress stayed on my mind. The salesman knowledge made me want to return to the store. Rocky was went over and above to make sure we got the right mattress that fit our needs. We purchased a firm queen Barstow coolant mattress. No other store we went to ever mention about a mattress protection so we were glad Rocky told us the benefits of having one. We were very pleased with our purchase and was able to stay within what we budgeted for. I would highly recommend American Mattress of you are looking to make a mattress purchase. If you go to the Brownsburg store I hope you get the salesman Rocky.

I had fantastic experience at the American Mattress store in Brownsburg. Nova was extremely helpful and not the slightest bit pushy. He listened to our needs and was very accommodating with bulk pricing and free delivery! I will gladly return in the future!

IF THEY DON’T HAVE IT IN STOCK, DON’T BELIEVE THE EMPLOYEES. Initial visit was good. The mattress we wanted wasn’t in stock so we went with another option because the employee proposed if we didn’t like that mattress we could exchange it for the initial mattress we wanted and would have it in 3 weeks. Tried the first one, didn’t care for it. So we went with the exchange process mentioned initially. We are now going on three MONTHS and still waiting. Every time we talk to the employees, we hear. “It will be here soon, but can’t give us no tracking.” We’ve asked for a refund, but we’re told we can’t do a refund because it’s an exchange.

We went into American Mattress to get an idea of what mattress would suit our needs. Adam was working and he helped us out. He did a fantastic job of helping us assess what comfort level fit us best and gave us options. He was super friendly and great at his job! I would highly recommend going to see him if you’re in the market for a new mattress!

Our experience at American Mattress was fantastic. The salesperson, Bryce, was knowledgeable in all things mattresses. He helped guide us to the perfect fit for not only our needs, but our price range. We will definitely be buying our mattresses from here for now on.
