American Mattress

Creepy vibe from the get-go. Got 3 or 4 high pressure sales pitches...."Commit today & I'll call my boss & see if we can get a better price". Salesman ate lunch & stared at his cell phone during our conversation about a sale. A third of the questions we asked he answered with a shoulder shrug & "I dunno" all while looking at his phone. Just an all around "used car sales" feel. We got a LITTLE BIT of useful information & took our frustrations outta there as fast as possible.

We cannot say enough good things about our experience with American Mattress! From our first trip to check out beds, our sales rep, Rocky, was extremely knowledgeable and easy to work with. He allowed us to test beds in a low-pressure environment, while also providing the optimum guidance that we needed to select the right King bed for my wife and I. Our bedding (Scott Living Barrington Euro) was delivered exactly how we expected and felt even better than we could have dreamed. 5 stars!

Keith was so knowledgeable and helpful in assisting us in picking out our new queen mattress. He listened to what our preferences are and gave us options at several price points. Keith made this a painless and enjoyable experience. Definitely look for him there!

I was quoted a price for 1500 bucks for a mattress. When I paid my first monthly payment they changed the price to 3500 bucks. So now I’m stuck paying for a mattress for 4 years. Crooks. Liars.

This is a great company to deal with! The salesman, Keith, spent time going over my sleeping habits & letting me test out different mattresses to ensure I found the best one for my needs. I unfortunately ordered the wrong size, which the delivery guys realized as soon as they saw my box spring. They were incredibly gracious & friendly about loading the mattress back on the truck. When I called the store to update to the correct size, Jeremiah changed my order & got me set up with a new delivery date within minutes. Fantastic customer service!
