American Mattress

After grabbing lunch at Chipotle, we decided to stop by American Mattress, and we’re so glad we did! From the moment we walked in, Alice greeted us with a warm smile and exceptional customer service. She was knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely helpful—answering all our questions without pressure. We ended up ordering a Purple mattress, and we can’t wait for it to be delivered! If you’re looking for a new mattress and want a smooth, stress-free shopping experience, this is the place to go. Great products, amazing staff, and a welcoming environment—highly recommend checking them out!

I ordered a mattress for my son on August 20. It is 10 weeks later and I still have not received the mattress. The receipt says 3-6 weeks for delivery, but then delivery was scheduled for August 30. They did not deliver the mattress and did not reach out until I called them. They then changed delivery to October 17, then again to October 24. Now they gave me a "courtesy call" to let me know it won't be here until sometime in November. Avoid this place.

Worked with Jack there, absolutely phenomenal experience. Started off by just checking out the store. His focus was clearly on making sure I was happy with my purchase rather than selling me the most expensive mattress. For example, there was one mattress that was significantly cheaper than another I expressed serious interest in, and he just said, "This is a great mattress, especially for the price. You really don't need to spend more than this to be happy if you like this firmness." However, I went there because they had an awesome promotion on the website, but any time there's a too-good-to-be-true promo on any business' website, you go into the business' physical store and they give you some rigmarole about this, that and the other thing and it feels like such a ripoff and hassle. Jack just said, "Oh, if that's on the website, then I can do that, no problem." Just really great experience. This was months ago, but I need to buy a mattress topper for a dorm bed, so I'm going to go again later today, so I was just remembering how great my experience there was.

I have been experiencing back pain and needed a new mattress (current one sadly did not last). I finally made myself go in-store. Nate was super thoughtful, patient, and knowledgeable in finding what I needed. I'm really grateful for his help and can't wait to get better sleep and be pain free with my new mattress set up!!

My husband and I had an amazing experience at American Mattress. This was our first real adult mattress purchase and Jack made the entire experience seamless and efficient. We were able to secure an incredible deal and worked with Nate to make it all happen. I would highly recommend this mattress store to anyone in the market!
