American Mattress

The people were very helpful however I have not had a good experience. I placed an order for a mattress on January 18 and was told it would arrive the first week of Feb. it is currently April 27 and I have no mattress. I have called 6 times in the last 3 weeks with no answer or call back. I finally went to the store in person to find no one there despite them claiming they are open. Called corporate to find out they went into bankruptcy and they never notified me after I paid already in full for a mattress that never arrived.

Had a great experience at American Mattress a few weeks ago! Jerry helped me find the perfect mattress based on my budget and preferences. It’s been a few weeks and I’ve been loving my new mattress. He didn’t try to upsell or make me budge on what I was comfortable with paying, which I really appreciated. They even include shipping and delivery into your home, which was a lifesaver! I’d recommend American Mattress to anyone looking for a new mattress no matter your budget!

Thank you very much to Manager Scott and the Regional Manager for their help. They patiently explained the differences between the mattresses and delivered them quickly. I highly recommend this company with its friendly team! PS: thank you for 2 pillows as a gift ☁️☁️☁️

Jerry and Anthony were great and provided great customer service. I used their 100 day mattress guarantee and switched my mattress out and they were very helpful throughout that process. They answered my annoying status update calls with grace every time. Would recommend when buying a mattress! -Ryan

We had such a great experience here today, Anthony was a super friendly guy and his father too. They both are so helpful and informative and helped us choose the perfect mattress to fit our needs and budget! 10/10 would recommend
