American Mattress Mega Clearance Center

My first matress sagged badly in the middle. I just received a new one this morning, because my first one was in warranty there was no charge. I’m worry about the mattress not bending when lifted (see pic.). I'll have to see. I was told that the mattress would work with a base from a different brand. 🤞🏼🤞🏼

I bought a Beautyrest mattress from this American Mattress a month ago and it was delivered already sagging. It did not have any of the tags found on a new mattress. They picked up that mattress and delivered another mattress. It immediately started sagging. Have been given different information concerning the mattress from the store manager who sold it to me and their corporate office. I am a senior and this is the worst purchase I have ever made. I paid over $700 (after add'l discount - sale $950 supposed reg. price over $2k) for a mattress that I am not able to use. They will let me come in and get another mattress and spend more money, but I question throwing good money after bad. The first mattress they picked up they made sure to put a plastic covering back over it. I'm sure it is going to yet another customer. I started complaining 2 days after I got the first mattress and the same with the second. I would like to let others know what happens so they don't get in the same trap from this company. Ok, so I went back to the store after reading the response. The Mgr. agreed to exchange the mattress with a Sealy mattress. There was a problem with the manufacturer and it took longer than expected to receive the mattress. Just rec'd new mattress this weekend. The person delivering took pictures of the "old" new mattress and the terrible sagging. The new mattress has a little sagging in the middle and it is not the normal size for a Queen mattress as it is about 2 inches shorter in length - 60 X 78. I went to the store again today to see if I could resolve this. The manager I was dealing with is no longer with the company but the new manager is supposed to call me. I can't help but feel that I'm getting product seconds. Holding on to hope that American mattress can deliver a first quality decent mattress!?! As expected, I did not receive any calls. I am posting pictures of the latest mattress. At American Mattress, do not expect to get what you think your paying for in the showroom!!

My girlfriend and I stopped by Mattress Firm first to check out what they had, then decided to visit American Mattress down the road to compare. When we walked into American Mattress, the employee simply said “hello” and never got up from behind the desk. We walked around the entire store, seriously looking at different mattresses, including the Beautyrest Black, which we really liked and not once did he approach us or offer any help. We’re both in sales ourselves, and it was clear he didn’t earn the sale. We ended up going back to Mattress Firm and buying from them instead, because that salesperson actually took the time to engage with us and earned our business.

Started out at mattress store across the street that has no employees, you just try them out on your own. I decided there as so many options out there today that I’d feel more comfortable talking to a “ sleep expert”. I arrived at American Mattress looking forward to some guidance. The gentleman working looked up when I walked in and grunted a hello without even looking up at me. I spent about 15 mins looking around and testing some mattresses. In that time he never once looked over or bothered to ask if needed help or had any questions. After I walked out I just chuckled to myself and thought I should just stayed at the store with no employees.

Went it to check out some beds asked about prices . No pressure said I would be back and when I came back it was quick and easy.
