American Mattress

Excellent service, a great variety of mattresses to try out and choose from, and good deals. We came when everything was 10% off, and they also gave us the frame for free and 50% off shipping and a couple other discounts, so that the final price including tax, delivery/setup, and a mattress cover was less than the listed price! Highly recommend this place if you're looking to save money while getting the exact feel from your bed that you want.

American Mattress, best experience at a mattress shop. Charlie was extremely patient by taking his time to explain everything again and again in details. He also offered the best of best options and matched it our budget. He was very knowledgeable about all the products in the store, professional and gave me and family space to talk to each other to decide. Great price and service compared to other competitive mattress stores. American Mattress is definitely a much more than a step or two above the other companies. Thank you so much for all your support and help, Charlie and really appreciate it. Thank you, Charlie and American Mattress

We went to the Army Trail clearance store this morning to purchase a mattress. Had a terrible experience, were asked to leave the store. Drove over to the store on North avenue by Caputo’s and purchased our mattress from Denise Wright. It was an excellent experience and would highly recommend the North avenue store and especially Denise Wright. Army Trail store experience was pretty much the opposite. We can recommend American Mattress but not the Army Trail store. Today’s purchase was a Beautyrest queen. We will be moving in a couple months and at that time we will be purchasing a King. We’ll return to the North avenue store and Denise. Thanks

We recently purchased mattresses at the family owned American Mattress Store in Carol Stream. My salesperson was Jessica. She was so helpful, knowledgeable and went above and beyond to help me find the perfect mattresses for a price I could afford. The Delivery team was prompt with set up and they took away our old mattresses. It was all around a great experience!

Went to American Mattress on a whim and ended up walking out within 20 min! Charlie was super helpful, informative, and friendly. He catered to our preferences both price and comfort wise, which was extremely considerate of our time. Our mattress is being delivered within the week. Overall, In store service was great!
