American Mattress

This mattress store was legit. The salesman was interested in getting us the best for our money, not making the most off of us. His integrity was apparent immediately. They don’t make commission so he’s not trying to up sell you. He spent time and made sure we understood mattresses and our bodies response to them. Chuck was THE BEST. So happy with purchase, warranty, delivery service and exchange policy!!!!!

Usually the team is really good but I'm having a terrible experience this time around. No one is returning my messages, the location has a sign that it's temporarily closed, and I have no status regarding my mattress order or an ability to request a refund. 😞

Five-Star Review for Jessica's Outstanding Customer Service I had the absolute pleasure of working with Jessica, and I can't speak highly enough of the experience. From the moment our interaction began, Jessica displayed a level of professionalism, warmth, and dedication that truly set her apart. She was not only incredibly knowledgeable and efficient, but she also made me feel genuinely valued as a customer. Jessica listened carefully, addressed every concern with patience, and went above and beyond to ensure everything was resolved quickly and thoroughly. It’s rare to come across someone who combines such exceptional customer service skills with genuine care and empathy. Thanks to Jessica, what could have been a frustrating experience turned into a smooth, even enjoyable process. She is a true asset to the team, and I hope her hard work and amazing attitude are recognized and appreciated.

Went in to the store just to look at mattresses. When to my good fortune Abby introduced herself to me. She was very knowledgeable and before I could say “sweet dreams” I had decided on which mattress to buy! I couldn’t be more excited to get my mattress and start sleeping better at night! Thanks again, Abby!! 🙂

Jessica the store manager is an absolute rockstar! We ordered our new Stearns and Foster mattress at the beginning of June. At the time, she told us it would likely take several weeks for our order to process since it’s a busy time of year for the industry. Throughout the process she stayed in constant communication with us and was even able to help us expedite our order by getting us upgraded to a better mattress, with an additional discount applied! We would highly recommend this location and would not hesitate to purchase another mattress from American Mattress!
