American Mattress

I purchased an MLILY Mprove mattress from Chuck Juliet. He was responsive to my needs and readily enlisted the help of Nick when needing support regarding the benefits of specific mattresses. Chuck provided the necessary information and allowed the time necessary to make a decision regarding the purchase. He was friendly, very likable, yet professional throughout the sale and adamant about customer satisfaction. Delivery was fast and efficient. The individuals who delivered the new mattress and removed the old mattress were respectful and efficient. I highly recommend doing business with this store and with Chuck.

I’m editing and changing my review due to the following circumstances: I ordered a helix mattress through them over a month ago. They said it would be 2-3 weeks. Not a problem. It has been 6 weeks and I have yet to receive my mattress. I have called twice seeking a status update and both times, I was told it would be looked into and I would receive a call back. No one has ever called me back and it has been at least a week since the second phone call I made. Due to these reasons I can no longer recommend people shop at this location. The sales people I worked with were nice but their poor management is ruining their customer service. I hope I will get an update soon because I feel if I had just ordered through Helix directly I would have gotten better results. Original review: I had a very positive experience shopping here unlike another place I had gone to where the salesman wouldn’t stop talking. I actually visited 2 locations to try out their helix mattresses before making my final decision. Not only were the sales people I worked with kind, but also knowledgeable. I felt comfortable making a purchase here that was educated and what I wanted. Thank you for having the helix mattresses to test and making the experience an enjoyable one.

William, at the Lake Orion store, was extremely helpful. Shared mattress & foundation knowledge that was very helpful. Absolutely no pressure to buy. Product is very nice, and MADE IN MICHIGAN!! I like supporting made in Michigan companies. Would definitely buy from them again.

I was able to work with Paul and honestly I never knew picking out mattress could be enjoyable. Me and my fiancé were able to try out multiple mattresses and Paul helped us better understand all the different brands and what they had to offer. I’m so glad we came here and would recommend this location and working with Paul!

PAUL WAS AMAZING! We honestly were nervous about stopping in. We didn't want to be shadowed by salesmen. We walked in Paul dropped what he was doing to introduce himself and was very professional. He educated us on what bed was right for us and maximized our savings. My partner and I will definitely be back to purchase more mattresses.
