(Nakheera Sims) I had a rep named Gwen assisted me. She was awesome! I ordered a dining table set online and I was very concerned about the delivery window. I checked online and it was showing I had a non existing order and I panicked. Gwen was very patient with me, she explained the process to me and advised I’d call back to give enough time for it to show since I ordered express. When I forgot to call back at the instructed time, SHE called me and reassured my delivery window. I’m a very busy person and I truly appreciate the experience purchasing from here and the help Gwen gave me. Give her a raise.

Rodney was a great sales rep I enjoyed working with him. His personality was awesome. He is pleasant, funny and very knowledgeable He didn’t track me and follow me around the store. He let me explore on my own and when I needed him, you would come to my assistance, big shout out to Rodney!
