Jared was amazing to work with — patient, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. I needed two mattresses quickly for a new home, and he made everything easy and stress-free. He got me exactly what I needed and wanted, all while being friendly, down-to-earth, and genuinely great to talk to. What impressed me most was that the entire purchase was handled over the phone, and the mattresses were delivered the very same day. Customer service like that is hard to find these days, and Jared absolutely exceeded expectations. Highly recommend!
View on GoogleI came into Sleep Number after my back had been bothering me bad enough that I finally had to admit my old mattress might not be the loyal friend I thought it was. I’d been waking up stiff every morning, doing that slow walk to the coffee pot like I was heading across a frozen pond. A buddy of mine had been telling me for a while to go look at Sleep Number, and I kept brushing him off. I told him I had slept on worse things in my life and survived just fine. Well, surviving and sleeping are apparently two different matters. When I got to the store, a young man came over and helped me. Real nice fellow. He had a lot more enthusiasm about mattresses than I expected anybody to have before noon, but I’ll give him credit, he knew what he was talking about. I told him my back was giving me trouble, and he started asking about how I sleep, where it hurt, what kind of bed I had, and all that. He showed me how the Sleep Number settings worked and had me try a few different ones. I was doubtful at first. I come from the school of thought where a mattress is either too hard, too soft, or “well, I already paid for it.” But once he started adjusting it, I could tell there was actually something to it. Some settings had my back complaining right away, and some made it calm down a bit, which was more than I could say for the bed I had at home. The young man was patient with me, too. I asked the same question a couple of different ways, mostly because I wanted to make sure I understood it and partly because I’m suspicious of anything with buttons. He explained it all without getting irritated, and he didn’t try to hurry me along. He seemed genuinely happy to help me figure out what would work best for my back. I appreciated that he wasn’t pushy. He was just steady, polite, and maybe a little too pleased when we found a setting that worked. But I reckon if a man enjoys his job, there are worse things in this world. All in all, I had a good experience. If your back has started making decisions for the household, it may be worth stopping in.

View on GoogleJust happened to go in store, salesman was great. We ended up buying a queen. Received it 3 weeks later and two guys who delivered/setup were great. We are pretty satisfied considering it’s only 90 days old.
