I am so grateful that I drove to this location in Arlington although there was one near me in Keller! Tony provided such exceptional customer service, is not only highly knowledgeable about mattresses as a Sleep Expert, but is also extremely respectful, and polite, possessing characteristics that cannot be taught because they are inherent in rare individuals!!! I hope everyone is smart enough to shop here. The supply looks to be quadruple that of the Nebraska Furniture location I went to a few weeks ago. And for those on a budget like I am currently, for their Labor Day Sale, I was able to purchase a $1,500.00 Sealy mattress for only $494.99 plus delivery and tax and they will remove my old mattress for that same fee totaling only $644.07! I plan to only shop here for future mattresses for my children, grandchildren, etc. I love this place!!! They even have pillow napkins to try out the mattresses so you don't have to put your head on the pillow someone just used. I've never seen that before and these are Lavender scented and you can even purchase a box of these here to put in your pillowcase to help you sleep better!!! Go see Tony as soon as possible to make this Labor Day Sale!!! 😁

I’m not big on reviews but Branden deserved it. He knows his products and takes the time to teach you what he knows. I will be back. I can understand how he is a head man, he’s really good at making you feel like a customer and not a sale. It’s the calm attitude for me. Hats off to Branden!!!! He should be moving up the ladder fast! I purchased 2 kings with smart frame and then he called me about a sale and I went back and purchased 3 more. Swooping in on a sale that was going to the furniture store. Delivery was fast and as enjoyable as the trip to the store. Mattress Firm once again was the best decision. Thanks again Branden I will see you again.

We were acknowledged as soon as we walked through the door. The staff was very friendly and courteous. The district manager was there and he made sure he explained to my husband and I the difference in each mattress we looked at. He even pulled up mattresses on line to share with us. He also explained to us the life expectancy of each mattress. This was a great shopping experience.

The manager Brandon and his assistant were extremely helpful in finding what I was looking for. My search started accross the street at a major retailer however the saleman that met me at the door there was not very communicative and acted like I was wasting his time so Mattress Firm earned my business today. These people were easy to talk to and worked hard to find what I needed. Thank you! Well Done!
