Ashley Store

Visited today my local Ashley Store (Co-Op City) and was greeted by Sales Rep Shernane who was extremely helpful in selecting a bed for my mom. Explained everything that would help me in deciding which was best in terms of available financing. I was eligible for Store Credit and everything couldn’t have worked out better. I’ll be returning for future purchases and recommending to friends and family. Thanks again to Shernane for your patience, time and assistance.

Was looking for a living room furniture to replace my old one. Breyanna assisted me. She went above and beyond to find exactly what I was looking for. Provided great customer service. Patient, smiling the whole time. And as a result I am going to have my new couch delivered and the old one picked up next Saturday. Will definitely go back to Ashley Store and look for Breyanna when decide to buy new furniture

The customer service at The Bay Plaza store was amazing! Mitchell, the salesman was extremely informative and made my experience a pleasant one. My furniture was delivered successfully in 5 days. The delivery men were awesome! I am a very happy customer!

Breyanna and Mitchell were truly amazing. We tested out several mattresses and they gave us the honest truth on comfort and pricing. They made this experience simply amazing. We weren’t rushed we were handled with care and comfort from beginning to end. Best duo ever! Shop at Bay Plaza they got it together.

Went to Ashley's Furniture to find my mom a couch and ended up getting a dining room set as well! Entering the store was easy and accessible as I had my baby in the stroller and needed the elevator. Once we arrived we were greeted immediately. Fatou was the woman who helped us and she was able to show my mom several pieces she had interest in. Although my mom wouldn't budge from the couch she saw online, Fatou made it easy to add to her order and my mom was also able to get a kitchen set since she was approved for the store card. The process was quick and easy and my mom is so excited to get her new goodies. Thank you Fatou, we will see you soon!
