I had such a great experience at Ashley Furniture! Tina helped me pick out a beautiful dining table and was so friendly and knowledgeable throughout the process. Dana, the manager, went above and beyond to make sure I received all the discounts I was promised for the Saturday promotion—she was incredibly kind and helpful. Ann made the financing and checkout process quick and seamless, which I really appreciated. The whole team made everything so easy and enjoyable. I’m so excited to receive my brand new dining room set and rug! Thank you all for such amazing service!

We came in with the intention of viewing a couch before making a purchase. Tina assisted us after we showed her a reference from online of what we were looking for. She helped us get a quote and provided measurements for the couch we were interested in. We let her know we wanted to go home to take our own measurements and would return the next day to confirm. When we came back, she was very helpful in adjusting the couch selection to fit our required dimensions. She was patient, knowledgeable, and insightful throughout the process. We had a great experience and would highly recommend asking for Tina. Dana, the manager, helped us find a financing plan that worked best for us. Both of them were amazing and overall great people.

I have never encountered such a poor-quality store. I paid $1,800, and the bed was delivered damaged. The mattress I received was not the one I had selected, and the box frame was broken as well. I was at work at the time of delivery and returned five days later. When I called to report these issues, they told me I should have called the next day and questioned why I hadn’t done so. As a result, they refused to replace the defective products. This is truly disgraceful behavior and an unacceptable business practice.

She was incredibly attentive, quickly picked up on my style, and gave thoughtful recommendations that felt perfectly tailored to what I was looking for.
