Great selection of sectional sofas! Salesman(Aaron) greeted me with a smile. I told him I wanted to look around and would find him if I had any questions. I did not feel pressured at all! I found a sectional I loved, he answered questions I had, and seamlessly placed my order. The cashier was very friendly as well. My only negative comment is that it will not be available/delivered for two months😢 I love the fact that I could mix and match the pieces on this sectional. Very happy customer!

I had a mixed experience with this furniture store. We purchased a sectional that we absolutely love, the quality and comfort are excellent. Unfortunately, the ordering process was very disappointing. We clearly explained the configuration we wanted to the sales associate, but the wrong sectional configuration was ordered. As a result, the incorrect couch was delivered to our home, and we had to wait another three weeks for the correct one to arrive. After everything was resolved, we were told someone would reach out regarding compensation for the inconvenience. We followed up several times with customer service, who made multiple attempts to contact the store manager on our behalf. Customer service informed us they were able to reach the store and that the manager was made aware and would be calling us. It has now been another two weeks, and we have still not received a phone call or any update. Mistakes can happen, and we understand that. However, what was most frustrating was the lack of communication and follow-through after the issue occurred. While we’re very happy with the couch itself, the customer service after the sale did not meet our expectations. A simple phone call or update would have gone a long way in resolving this experience.

The people working at the homestore are eager to help you find something to buy, but I’ve seen the couch 4 times before I purchased so I already knew what I wanted. Once I was in the buying process they put down the wrong couch pieces, the wrong address, and the wrong phone number. Good thing I was paying attention because I caught everything except the wrong phone number. Then when I got the couch it came with dents in it the people who handle repairs are not responsive I had to keep reaching out and then they told me the dents will just come out as you sit on it and I just don’t believe that. So I went back to the homestore showed them the pictures, they agreed with me, reached back out to the repair people and I still haven’t heard anything. Also when I seen the couch 4 different times at multiple locations it never had dents in it.

Great store and very professional and good people. I was pleased with the effort to serve my needs and the polite and easy manner in which they made it a successful acquisition.
