Ayesha helped me with a living room update with a new sectional. I came fully prepared after visiting other furniture stores- she allowed me time to walk the entire store, not once or twice- but three times- freely. We are very pleased with our new sofa purchased at Ashley Furniture, Sawmill. David was our sales person. He met us as we arrived, introduced himself and listened to what we were shopping for. He was nearby as we shopped, answered questions, but didn’t hover. He made suggestions based on our questions, and we were able to make our purchase based on those suggestions. The checkout process was smooth. Our sofa arrived in about ten days, and the delivery process was done carefully. We were told the precise time it would arrive. Overall, we highly recommend Ashley.
