Very disappointed with my experience at Ashley Furniture, Tuttle Crossing, Columbus, Ohio. Since January, this has been one issue after another: Bought a bed within my budget, but the salesperson never explained that it required a box spring, forcing me to buy an overpriced one later. Installation was done poorly, and when the technician came to fix it, he broke my side table. Ordered a king-size bed TWICE, and both times it was delivered damaged. After waiting 2 weeks for a replacement, I was told it was unavailable until June — only because I personally called to ask. No one informed me. Cancelled that order and got a refund. Gave them another chance and ordered a dining table set with 5 chairs + bench. Delivery was promised for April 14–15, but when I called on April 6, I was told it is not in stock and may now arrive in mid-June, with no guarantee. At no point did the store proactively update me — every time I had to call or visit myself to find out the status. This has been the worst shopping experience of my life. View on GoogleI am incredibly disappointed with the abysmal customer service I received from Becky and Tammy. About a month ago, a furniture delivery arrived at my parents' home completely damaged. Despite the fact that we are entirely faultless—as the items arrived in this state—the company has made absolutely zero effort to offer amends, a replacement, or any form of restitution. Dealing with their phone support was a complete waste of time. Don't shop here if you want anything good.
