Ashley Store

We stopped into Ashley and our sales person, Ash, took great care of us. We called later to do the order over the phone as we were searching other options. He was so responsive and got everything taken care of. Our furniture came in quickly and was delivered within a month. The delivery people were friendly and careful and made sure everything was set up to our specifications. We did pay for the nicer delivery service, which really made it extremely easy for us.

Everyone we spoke with was very helpful, specifically Frank and Josiah. Frank helped us narrow down the perfect love seat. I was impressed that he was not a pushy type of salesperson. We returned at a later day and Josiah helped place the order. When we had the furniture delivered, the delivery team was excellent! They were respectful, kind and delivered quickly. Would definitely return to this location.

We visited the Polaris store over the 4th of July weekend, along with several other furniture stores, in search of a lift recliner. I considered buying online but for this purchase I felt it was important to physically try out a few models. The showroom was expansive and nice, with everything clearly labeled. Our sales rep, Akimsa, greeted us at the door, and after establishing that we wanted to browse around on our own a bit first, gave us space. Once we started to zero in on what we wanted, Akimsa was there to answer all our questions, help us get the best deal, and walk us through the warranty information and delivery details. I was very happy with our experience there as well as our prompt and professional delivery, and will likely shop at Ashley again in the future!

He took the time to answer all of our questions, helped us find exactly what we were looking for, and made the entire process easy from start to finish. Came into the store for the first time & we were greeted with two great salesmen, Frank & Ash. They actually helped us find exactly what we were looking for in our price range and didn’t try to upsell. We got an incredible deal and bought an awesome sectional that same day! Delivery was only $100! I didn’t think it was possible to find a 6-seater for under $1,000. So happy about this purchase.
