Chris was awesome! We tested mattresses for nearly two hours. Chris was attentive and extremely knowledgeable. We have been shopping for a new mattress for over a year. We wanted to test Nectar out. Ashley Homestore allows you to test everything (mattresses and bases). We had a horrible experience with a Purple mattress. Nectar was fine, but Sealy won us over. Bought a new reclining sofa for my sunroom and for my cats to enjoy! From the time I walked into the store, chatted with a helpful salesperson and then purchased my new sofa I felt no pressure to purchase anything! Once I made my decisions the actual sale was easy peasy! Couch was delivered well within the 3 hour delivery window. Would definitely return when I need more furniture.

I absolutely love the dining set I purchased from Ashley, but I am writing this review to call out the professionalism of the two young men who delivered, assembled, and set up my furniture. I was very impressed with the speed and attention they exhibited.

I am EXTREMELY happy with all aspects of my experience. Bill was great, very helpful and I came out with 3 rooms of furniture! Bill was very knowledgeable and listened to what I was looking for, researched a couple items that were not available in the show room and got me exactly what I wanted. Would highly recommend this particular store...and Bill!

We love shopping at Ashley Furniture/Morris! Over the past 5 years, we’ve purchased a sectional for our living room, another for our basement, and most recently, new bedroom furniture. Every experience has been excellent, and the delivery service is top notch. I really appreciate the text updates with a tracker so we know exactly how many stops away the delivery is. The delivery team is always prompt, professional, and polite, which makes the entire process stress-free. A big part of why we keep coming back is LaQuita Jones—she is the absolute best! She’s always professional, polite, and truly listens. We’ve never felt like she was just trying to sell us something; instead, she goes above and beyond to help us find the right furniture for our home.
