Terrible customer service from start to finish. At the time of purchase with Feliciana, we were clearly told the delivery would meet our required timeline. At no point were we informed of possible delays. Based on that, we placed the full order on March 3rd. Now the only “solution” we are given is to wait. After the purchase, communication has been nonexistent. No one answers the phone — neither Feliciana nor the store. When we went in person, Joshua initially assisted us but then walked away to help other customers and passed us to Nick, who offered absolutely no help. No alternatives, no solutions, no sense of urgency. To make matters worse, the dining set we received just 8 days ago already has visible damage (a scraped/chipped area on the wood), and no one has provided any explanation or resolution. This is not just a delay — this is misrepresentation, lack of accountability, and poor service across the board. At this point, I am escalating this through Ashley corporate, and I am prepared to file complaints with the Better Business Bureau and the Attorney General if this is not resolved promptly. I would not recommend this store to anyone expecting reliability, honesty, or basic customer service.

I went to buy a dream cloud premium mattress and their website says they " have them " and after driving all the way there they had zero. No one was in any hurry to help my wife and I. The shopping experience possible ! Mattress firm had everything I needed and the salesman Scott was very knowledgeable and I had the best experience ever. I'll never go back to Ashley's furniture again !!! Very disappointed with this store. Shame on them because I just spent $3255.00 on 2 mattress and pillows and sheets. Great experience go there instead and save yourself a big disappointment 😞

The service was fine inside the store, although Jennifer was the only person juggling multiple people. However, I did not get a receipt of any type and no idea of how long delivery was going to take. I paid $99 for white glove delivery that will take 2 weeks! The delivery date was never given to me, I had to call the automated service to find out when it was coming. Probably wouldn’t shop there again.

Sales process went smoothly...until delivery! The store offered free delivery (great)...but failed to explain that only included front door drop off (not good). When I advised the sales team that I would be refusing the order...they assembled and installed at no extra cost. Kudos to the delivery team...not so much to the store for not clearly explaining what 'free delivery' means.

I tried to purchase a bed and dresser off the website. After a week I was finally sent an email that the order was cancelled. No explanation given. I then went to this location to get some assistance in ordering the items. I sat down and worked with the salesman to place the order. He told me that the order was placed and they were ready for the payment. Made the payment and saw that it said approved. After that the salesman couldn’t find the order anywhere. The money was taken from my account but the order didn’t exist. Being a Saturday, there was no one to get answers from. I went back on Monday and they still couldn’t find the order. I canceled the order at that point and was informed it would be 5-7 business days before I got my money back. I will never shop Ashley again. EVER!
