The sales associate was very knowledgeable about the mattress we were interested in purchasing. She was extremely helpful in guiding us toward the one that best suited our needs and explained the differences between each one we tried. The only issue we had was the pricing of the items was a bit confusing at times. Overall, we had a very positive experience.
