My wife and I are repeat customers of Mattress Firm in Burnsville, Minnesota, Newnan, Georgia, and now Greenwood, SC, because we love the products, sales support, and service they provide. We currently have a BeautyRest Black king-size mattress with an adjustable bed frame, and we absolutely love it. About a year ago, we began discussing moving our current bed set to the guest room and looking for a split king so that each of us could adjust our side to the level we prefer.
I pay close attention to store reviews, and the outstanding reviews for the Mattress Firm store in Greenwood, South Carolina, made up my mind about which location we would visit when the time was right, even though we live about an hour away. On June 15, my wife and I stopped in at the Greenwood Mattress Firm store to explore options for a split king mattress and adjustable frame.
We were warmly greeted by “Sleep Expert” Taylor, who was amazing. We explained what we were looking for and told her that we are both retired and needed help finding the perfect split king set up with an adjustable frame that would stay within our budget. Taylor’s attention to detail, outstanding customer service, and no-pressure approach were truly impressive. She spent a great deal of time with us, helped us find the perfect mattress and adjustable frame, and made sure the purchase stayed within our budget.

Mattress shopping is super stressful and a huge commitment but Taylor was amazing! I don’t know what I would have done without her expertise! She should be the face of the company such a pleasure to work with and she made the process super easy. She needs a raise! I absolutely recommend shopping here! The process was a breeze. I was greeted very professionally as soon as I walked in and Taylor was not pushy at all and made it very stress free.. She’s extremely knowledgeable and sells quality products! Highly recommend!!

Our Sleep Expert, Ellen was wonderful. This was the third time we had gone out shopping for a mattress and had a hard time deciding. She listened to our needs and steered us to a mattress that not only felt wonderful when we laid on it, but was also within our budget. Can't wait to take delivery.
