Caleb at Mattress Firm was absolutely fantastic to work with! He helped us pick out the perfect “big boy” mattress for our 4-year-old and made the whole process easy and actually fun. He was incredibly patient with our kiddo and never once made us feel rushed. Even though we weren’t sure if we were ready to purchase a Tempur-Pedic for ourselves, Caleb was more than happy to walk us through options and answer all our questions. Zero pressure, just genuinely helpful guidance. He even rolled with my husband’s and my playful banter like a champ. If you’re looking for someone knowledgeable, patient, and low-pressure, Caleb is your guy. Highly recommend!

Caleb took the time to explain the differences between the different brands and technology in the mattresses as well as the bases. This was our first time buying a mattress, and we had an excellent experience at this store. We had read all the great reviews and were expecting to be overwhelmed with options. However, Cody helped us simplify the process. He quickly identified important factors in a mattress that we hadn’t considered, allowing us to narrow down our search quickly. Cody was knowledgeable, personable, and answered all our questions. We went from sleeping on an air mattress on a Friday to having our mattress and frame delivered two days later, which was set up by the delivery team in less than 20 minutes.
